1. Service Description

The Channel Review is a one-time evaluation of your YouTube channel. You will receive:

- A written overview of your channel’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

- A recorded video walkthrough explaining recommendations.

- General guidance on areas to focus on to improve performance.

- This Service does not include live calls, ongoing coaching, or direct management of your channel.

2. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is due at the time of purchase.

Because the Service is custom-created for your channel, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide any necessary access or information (e.g., public channel link, analytics screenshots if requested).

You acknowledge that the Service is based on the information you provide and the current state of your channel at the time of review.

4. No Guarantees

We provide recommendations and strategies based on experience and best practices.

However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as increased subscribers, views, or revenue.

5. Intellectual Property

The written and video review provided is for your personal use only.

You may not share, resell, or republish the review materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes that may result from the implementation (or lack thereof) of recommendations provided.

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make regarding your channel.

7. Confidentiality

Any non-public information you provide (e.g., analytics screenshots) will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
